Eminent Commander: Joe Casbolt - email
My name is Joe Casebolt, and I am Kappa Pi’s current Eminent Commander. I’m a third-year Business Administration student concentrating in Finance and minoring in Law & Society. My vision for this year is to optimize member engagement through our numerous initiatives of involvement both on and off campus as well as to maintain strong connections with alumni and Sigma Nu Nationals. Through this organization, I’ve had the opportunity to learn a great deal about what it takes to be an honorable citizen, brother, friend, and leader. I look forward to all that our chapter will accomplish this year, and I hope to set a strong precedent for years to come.
Lieutenant Commander: Gavin Donovan - email
Gavin is a third-year majoring in forestry and natural resources and hoping to become a firefighter after graduating from Cal Poly. He also has a passion for sustainability and is a part of the Surfrider Foundation on campus. Gavin currently serves as Kappa Pi’s Lieutenant Commander and is looking forward to ensuring the safety of our chapter, our brothers, and the San Luis Obispo community.
Alumni Relations: Nick Zenner - email
Nick Zenner is a second-year construction management student. He currently serves as the chapter's Alumni Relations chair and is striving to enhance and strengthen the bond between undergrads and alumni of the Kappa Pi chapter. He looks forward to creating bonds with alumni that extend past his college days during his term. His favorite part about Sigma Nu is the family that he has been able to foster in such a short period of time.
Treasurer: Ethan Alberti- email
Ethan Alberti is a second-year architecture major from Brentwood, California. Ethan chose to run for treasurer due to his passion in finance and aspirations of running his own architectural firm in the future. He is grateful for the experiences Sigma Nu’s Kappa Pi chapter has granted him with, and strives to make a positive impact on his brothers’ futures.

Nick Holmes is Kappa Pi’s LEAD Chair. Nick is a junior transfer student studying Financial Management with bright career endeavors. Newly a brother of Sigma Nu, he feels immensely passionate to take part in the operations of the Kappa Pi chapter and provide the brothers with the resources to professionally better them.

My name is Dimitri Kapetan, I am a second-year agriculture business major and the Recorder for our chapter. I love Sigma Nu mainly because of all of the different gentlemen. Each person in the chapter is unique yet somehow we all come together and work in unison.
Philanthropy Chair: Nick Ambrose - email
I’m Nick Ambrose, a second-year Computer Science major at Cal Poly who loves spending time in the gym, on the golf course, or exploring the outdoors. I pride myself on academic excellence and community service, maintaining a 3.85 GPA while also serving as the communications chair for Cal Poly Dance Marathon. Sigma Nu has been a major reason I’ve had such a great college experience, and serving as our philanthropy chair has been an absolute honor.

My name is Ret Torkelson, I am a third year, Agricultural Science major from Napa, California. Looking back on almost three years of being part of the Kappa Pi chapter, my fondest memories are brotherhood events. Nothing brings a larger smile to my face then seeing brotherhood in action, and all the boys united.
Housing Chair: Jared Weintraub - email
Kappa Pi’s current Housing chair is Jared Weintraub, a second-year business administration student pursuing a concentration in marketing management. Jared enjoys his role as housing manager because of the valuable life skills learned through this position and that it allows him to be involved in executive chapter decisions. On a broader scale, Jared chose Sigma Nu because of their strong network of professionalism and the lifelong friendships gained through brotherhood.
